The Football Association is one of the oldest and most prestigious sporting institutions in the world, something which isn’t lost on UCFB graduate Alex Brown.

His role as Video Producer for The FA’s in-house TV Channel, FATV, is a prestigious one and sees him filming for matches and interviews for all the England teams – including the men’s and women’s teams and the U21s.

The variety in his work saw him travel to France in the summer of 2016 to cover the U21s in the Toulon Tournament, before mixing up his work load by getting the reaction of fans in pubs around England after the team had performed at Euro 2016.

Alex set himself up for the job at The FA with a similar role, first as an intern, then full time, at Burnley FC. His time at the club coincided with their time in the Premier League and Championship. There he filmed for the clubs’ Claret Player, YouTube channel, and helped out with filming the players for the popular FIFA computer game series

His exposure to the Premier League with Burnley, and current role at The FA, sees him deal regularly with the likes of BBC, BT Sport and Sky Sports.
